After ordering, we’ll guide you through safely sending your inclusions to our workshop.
We accept orders worldwide, and most inclusions are suitable. If you’re unsure, reach out - we’re happy to help.
STEP 2
MADE IN OUR WORKSHOP
Once your inclusions arrive, they’re checked in and stored securely while we create your piece.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Our turnaround time is 10 weeks from when we receive your inclusions.
STEP 3
ALWAYS WITH YOU
When your keepsake is complete, we’ll let you know and ship it with tracking.
Any inclusions we didn't use will be returned with your finished piece.

We accept orders from all over the world except for countries part of the EU due to import restrictions.

Infused pieces have your inclusion blended into the design.
